Terms of Use

By accessing or using Spirited.gg ("Spirited", "we", "us", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Spirited. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You must have a valid Steam account to sign in. By signing in via Steam OpenID, you confirm that the Steam account belongs to you and that you are permitted to use it.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from Spirited using automated tools
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm other players
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or databases
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary analytics algorithms or scoring formulas
• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure
• Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
• Submit false or misleading Steam IDs or share codes to the platform

Your gameplay data — CS2 match data, kill events, round statistics, and other raw gameplay data derived from Valve's game servers are not owned by Spirited. You retain any rights you have to your own gameplay.

Spirited's analytics — Player role classifications (Entry Fragger, Lurker, Clutch Specialist, etc.), Spirited Skill Grades, composite stats (Carry Potential, xFactor, Survival IQ, etc.), and the algorithms that produce them are Spirited's proprietary intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Third-party content — Data displayed from Steam and FACEIT remains subject to the terms and ownership of those respective services.

Spirited displays data from Steam (Valve Corporation) and FACEIT. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. Their data may be subject to their own terms of service.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• Statistics sourced from Steam or FACEIT are accurate, complete, or up to date
• The Service will be available without interruption or error
• Demo parse results will be error-free or cover every in-game event
• Player role assignments or skill grades reflect objective performance measurements

Use the data on Spirited as a guide, not as a definitive record. Always verify critical statistics against primary sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spirited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Spirited operates. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
